High academic interest and numerous theoretical practical studies on service systems ecosystems, paired with the accelerated evolution of (eco) system concept, have resulted in complex research this field. Multiple perspectives from which were studied added to complexity inadvertently produced conceptual confusion regarding systems. This literature review addresses by focusing ecosystems consolidate clarify Therefore, article's purpose is systematise extant indicate future directions based analysis. Specifically, article systematically reviews 770 publications 2020 earlier identifies main topics (focusing [eco] systems’ constituent elements, inherent processes, outcomes), perspectives, bridging suggests results.
